Ombudsman Scheme of SBI
The Ombudsman scheme was established with the goal of resolving any customer complaints regarding bank services. This also makes it easier to satisfy and resolve all client issues.
Ombudsmen are noted for their impartiality and independence, as well as the fact that they provide a free service. They also look into bank concerns that haven’t been resolved.
If you have not received a “final response” within 30 days, you can easily contact the Banking Ombudsman. The Banking Ombudsman Scheme provides a low-cost venue for clients to get their complaints resolved.
The offices of 20 Banking Ombudsmen have now been established in state capitals. Annex I of the Scheme contains the addresses and contact information for the Banking Ombudsman offices. If the bank does not respond within a set amount of time, you can register a complaint with the Banking Ombudsman.
A letter to the Banking Ombudsman can be used to file a complaint with the Ombudsman.
