Titan Company Limited (“Titan”/the “Company”) offers the Golden Harvest Jewellery Purchase Plan (hereinafter “Golden Harvest” or the “Plan”), which allows customers to purchase Tanishq jewellry by paying for it over a ten-month period and receiving certain discounts, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Today in this article, we will tell you about Tanishq Golden Harvest Scheme.

Tanishq Golden Harvest Scheme Benefits

  • The Customer must pay 10 (ten) fixed monthly instalments of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) or more under this Plan (in multiples of one thousand). The Customer must pay one payment per month over the course of the ten (ten) months. It is not possible to pay more than one instalment in a single month.
  • The customer will be required to pay the instalment on the Due Date. The Due Date will be the same as the Enrolment Date for the following months for the purposes of this Plan. The Customer will, however, be given a grace period of 7 (Seven) days per month to pay the instalment. The proportionate discount granted above will be lowered if the Customer fails to pay the instalment within the grace period.
  • After 366 (three hundred and sixty-six) days from the Enrolment Date, the Plan will mature, and the Customers will be able to redeem by purchasing jewelry from the Company at Tanishq stores. The Enrolment Date shall be the date of payment of the first instalment for the purposes of this Plan. The Customer must redeem his or her account before the end of the 400-day period from the Enrolment Date.
  • Customers would be eligible for a 75 percent (75%) reduction on one month’s instalment upon redemption after 366 days from the Enrolment Date, provided they had paid all 10 monthly instalments.
  • If a Customer redeems before 366 (three hundred and sixty-six) days but after 300 (three hundred) days, the Customer will be eligible for a discount ranging from 55 percent (fifty-five percent) to 75 percent (seventy-five percent) off one month instalment, based on the number of days, and subject to the Customers having paid all ten monthly instalments. Customer will be entitled for a prorated discount based on the one month instalment, the number of days, and the number of monthly instalments paid if redemption occurs after 180 (One Hundred and Eighty) days but before 300 (Three Hundred) days.
  • Only after the Customer has paid a minimum of six monthly instalments and has completed 180 days from the Enrolment Date will the Customer have the opportunity to pre-close the Plan. In the event of a pre-closure, the customer may purchase jewelry at the Tanishq Store equal to the amount of the instalments accumulated in his or her account on that day. Alternatively, Customer may request a refund of the total amount paid for all instalments up to the date of reimbursement.The Customer will be given a prorated discount certificate that may be used to purchase jewelry from the Company for the entire amount of the instalments that have been paid. The Customer will not be entitled for any discount or discount coupon if he or she has not paid the required minimum six monthly instalments.
  • If the Customer does not redeem within 400 days, the Customer will be repaid the total amount paid in installments up to the date of the refund. A discount voucher for the corresponding discount amount will be issued, which may only be used to acquire jewelry from the Company with a value equal to or greater than the total number of instalments paid.
  • Refunds under the Plan, if any, will be made by check in the account holder’s name as specified in the Enrolment Form or by online transfer to the account holder’s bank account as specified in the Enrolment Form, with no cash refunds permitted.
  • The Customer will be given a prorated discount certificate that may be used to purchase jewelry from the Company for the entire amount of the installments that have been paid. The Customer will not be entitled to any discount or discount coupon if he or she has not paid the required minimum of six monthly installments.

  • The gold rate booked or charged on the invoice may vary by city, based on the Company’s corporate gold rate. The gold rate will be determined by the Company’s gold rate on the date of purchase.
  • Other businesses such as companies, partnership firms, proprietorship concerns, Trusts, Hindu Undivided Family (HUF), or NRI Customers are not permitted to enroll in the Plan. Minors can only enroll with the permission of their natural guardians.
  • Customers are not permitted to enroll using borrowed funds.
  • Enrolment can be done either offline, at Tanishq stores, or online, by registering on the Golden Harvest website https://www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in or through the Golden Harvest Mobile App.
  • At the time of enrollment, the customer must supply a copy of his or her photo identity and address proof documents, such as a driver’s license, voter ID, passport, ration card, PAN card, or any other government-issued document, as well as bank account information.

  • To administer his or her Golden Harvest Account, the Customer must first register at https://www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in.
  • If the Customer’s contact or address information, or any other information provided by the Customer changes, then customer must immediately inform the customer service.
  • The Customer can alter the address details via the Golden Harvest website https://www.tanishqgoldenharvest.co.in or the Golden Harvest Mobile Application, however any such change is subject to Titan’s satisfaction and discretion.
