What is ICAI Self-Service Portal?

ICAI SSP stands for The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India self-service portal it was launched by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India ICAI in May 2019. It is launched for the Students and Members of ICAI. It is a powerful tool for the members and students of ICAI.

The Portal provides the facility to view and update personal information via the web without having to go to the ICAI office. The functionality of this portal spans the entire Students and Members’ Management system, making information available anywhere, anytime. All information is subject to Institute’s defined regulations/ policy, allowing the students and members to view and update the information he/she is authorized to view/update.

Why There is a Requirement for ICAI Self-Service Portal?

The self Service portal is a new single window-based service platform. It provides various information to its members and students with a single click. It will allow its user to view the personal profile and firms constitution, announcements of ICAI, details of payments of fees and regulatory charges to ICAI, My Articles details, tracking regulatory forms and application status, e-Services, My Firms, My Software(s), Letters & Certificates, CPE Hours credited Guidelines of Networking, Merger & Demerger, etc. SSP will help CA students to maintain their records on ICAI.

  • Cloud Campus

Cloud campus is to help CA students in their studies. It is a digital learning hub consisting of various recorded webcasts and Recorded Mentoring Sessions for the benefit of students

  • Chartered Accountancy Course

This service provides information about various charted accountancy courses like Principles and Practice of Accounting, Business Laws and Business Correspondence and Reporting, Business Mathematics and Logical Reasoning and Statistics, etc

Self Service Portal Login Process

Here we are discussing the login process for Students and Members of ICAI. Please read the below-mentioned points for the complete login process.

Login Process for Students

  • The home page will appear on your screen, Self Service Portal for Members and Students Tab, and select Student Login

  • Enter the student registration number in the place of the User ID.
  • Now enter the Date of birth and Initial registration number in the place of the password. For Example, if your Date of Birth is 13/march/1993 & Membership Enrolment Date is 01/Feb/2019 Then the Password will be – “1303199301022019”
  • At the first time of login, students need to reset their 6-digit password.
  • Now students need to fill in all the required information carefully
  • After entering all the required information click on submit option.
  • After clicking on submit option a new password will be generated you need to log in again by using this new password.
  • You can successfully log in by following these steps.

Login Process For Members

  • First, visit the Offical Website of ICAI.
  • The home page will appear on your screen, Click on Self Service Portal for Members and Students Tab and select Member login
  • Enter the membership number in place of the User ID.
  • Now enter the Date of birth and membership enrolment date in the place of the password. For Example, if your Date of Birth is 13/march/1993 & Membership Enrolment Date is 01/Feb/2019 Then the Password will be – “1303199301022019”
  • At the first time of login, members need to reset their 6-digit password.
  • Now members need to fill in all the required information carefully
  • After entering all the required information click on submit option.
  • After clicking on submit option a new password will be generated you need to log in again by using this new password.
