- Affidavit stating that the applicant’s partnership firm has not been penalized under the Molasses Act, Excise Act, or I.P.C. In no state is an affidavit relating to a partnership firm blacklisted.
- Payment of Rs. Three lakhs towards EMD.
- Sales Tax Registration and Tax Clearance Certificate from the concerned Sales Tax Authority where the firm is presently working.
