Process for India Post DOP Agent Login Working at Agent Portal

• The official website portal https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in allows India Post agents to access the portal.
• Agents (MPKBY/PRSS) will get their login information from the DoP offices, including their username and password.
• It’s worth noting that all accounts related to the agent will appear on the website.
• Prepare a separate list for cash/DoPcheques and non-DoPcheques.
• All accounts opened before the 15th of the month will be credited before or on the same day. At the end of the month, funds will be deposited into other accounts.

• Enter your login password and username at “https://dopagent.indiapost.gov.in/” on the official agent portal.
• When you click the login tab, the system will prompt you to update your password. Since the first password was provided by the head department, it keeps the account protected.
• Enter a simple password that is easy to remember but difficult to guess for others.
• After you’ve completed the process, go to the accounts tab.
• After that, select the agent you want to question about and update the screen.
• All of the accounts associated with a single agent will display automatically by the system.
• Choose either cash/DoPcheque or non-cheque as your payment method on the page.
• Choose the number of account numbers you’ll be paying from the list.
• In ascending order, select all accounts, then click and save the detail.  Remember that the account has 50 accounts maximum and 10000 cash wise. However it has no limit for the cheque.
• When using cash mode, agents must first pick the account number, then enter the deposit amount, and finally click on get rebate and default buttons. The rebate will immediately shown by the system; now enter the customer’s ASLAAS number and click the Save button.
• The agent must input the number of installments and cheque number, as well as the account number for the RD installment, for non-DoP check. Enter the ASLAAS number and save the information.
• Click on the report, type in the reference number, and then select the success status. After clicking the search button, click the “ok” button.
• On the screen, a PDF file will appear; print two copies for reference, then submit it at the counter.
