Government to Citizen

The provision of Government to Citizen (G2C) services is one of the primary mandates of the CSC scheme. Apart from State-specific services, other G2C services from Central Government Ministries and Departments have been integrated into the Digital Seva site for delivery to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country via the network of CSCs.

Bharat Bill Pay [The two main participants in Bharat Bill Pay are: Bharat Bill Payment Central Unit (BBPCU) and Bharat Bill Payment Operating Units (BBPOUs)], FASTag through CSCs, Passport, PAN Card, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, Pradhan Mantri AwasYojana, FSSAI are the facilities provided under Government to Citizen Services.

Business to Citizen: Services provided under Business to Citizens are:

Mobile Recharge, Mobile Bill Payments, and DTH Recharge.

Financial Inclusion: Services provided under financial Inclusion are: Digital Finance Inclusion, Awareness & Access, ‘VLE Bazaar’ – A rural e-commerce venture, Skill Development, CSCs as GST Suvidha Provider, Insurance Service, Banking, Pension Service, and Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).

Digitize India Platform: DIP is a government of India project within the Digital India program to digitize physical documents and minimize mountains of paper maintained in government record rooms and offices, as well as non-government private enterprises. It helps enterprises to not only free up storage space but also to preserve their documents for extended periods of time in a safer environment.

DigiPay: Using the UIDAI’sAadhaar authentication service, this system supports the disbursement of government entitlements such as NREGA, social security pensions, handicapped, and old-age pensions from any Central or State Government organization or body.

eSign: The CSC eSign platform provides eSign services to organizations and banks as per the rules of the Controller of Certifying Authorities of India and in conjunction with UIDAI’sverification authentication. eSign is an online electronic signature service that can be coupled with service delivery apps via an API to allow eSign users to sign documents digitally.

NHRC: CSC has teamed up with the National Human Rights Commission to help people file complaints about human rights violations. During the month of December 2018, the service was launched. Hence, CSC has developed a facility for complaint registration, through the Digital Seva Portal, where VLEs can file grievances on behalf of citizens over Human Rights abuses.
