CSC Portal Login

- You will be taken to the login page for Digital Seva Connect.
- Here, you need to enter your e-mail address or username.
- Now type in your password.
- After that fill in the CAPTCHA text.
- To access Digital Seva Connect, click on the ‘Sign in’ button.

- To register as a village level entrepreneur, first of all you should go to the official website of CSC Portal.

- After clicking, a new web page will open on the screen where you have to enter the registration details like mobile number and registration type. After that, you have to enter the submit option.

Government to Citizen
The provision of Government to Citizen (G2C) services is one of the primary mandates of the CSC scheme. Apart from State-specific services, other G2C services from Central Government Ministries and Departments have been integrated into the Digital Seva site for delivery to citizens in rural and remote areas of the country via the network of CSCs.
Bharat Bill Pay [The two main participants in Bharat Bill Pay are: Bharat Bill Payment Central Unit (BBPCU) and Bharat Bill Payment Operating Units (BBPOUs)], FASTag through CSCs, Passport, PAN Card, Swacch Bharat Abhiyan, Pradhan Mantri AwasYojana, FSSAI are the facilities provided under Government to Citizen Services.
Business to Citizen: Services provided under Business to Citizens are:
Mobile Recharge, Mobile Bill Payments, and DTH Recharge.
Financial Inclusion: Services provided under financial Inclusion are: Digital Finance Inclusion, Awareness & Access, ‘VLE Bazaar’ – A rural e-commerce venture, Skill Development, CSCs as GST Suvidha Provider, Insurance Service, Banking, Pension Service, and Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY).
Education: Services provided under Education are: NDLM-DISHA, Legal Literacy Programme, Cyber Gram Yojana, NABARD Financial Literacy Programme, Other Education Courses, Learn English, CSC BCC Course, Tally Kaushal PramanPatra, Tally Certified Programme, and Introduction to GST.
Agriculture: Agriculture has a long history in India. India is now the world’s second-largest producer of agricultural products. Agriculture and related industries like forestry and fisheries accounted for 13.9 percent of GDP in 2012, employing over 60% of the workforce. With India’s broad-based economic expansion, agriculture’s economic contribution to GDP is rapidly shrinking. Agriculture, however, is India’s most populous economic sector and plays a key role in the country’s entire socio-economic fabric.
Health Services: Services provided under healthcare: Telehealth Consultations, Pradhan Mantri Jan Aushadhi Scheme, and Diagnostic Services.
Digitize India Platform: DIP is a government of India project within the Digital India program to digitize physical documents and minimize mountains of paper maintained in government record rooms and offices, as well as non-government private enterprises. It helps enterprises to not only free up storage space but also to preserve their documents for extended periods of time in a safer environment.
DigiPay: Using the UIDAI’sAadhaar authentication service, this system supports the disbursement of government entitlements such as NREGA, social security pensions, handicapped, and old-age pensions from any Central or State Government organization or body.
eSign: The CSC eSign platform provides eSign services to organizations and banks as per the rules of the Controller of Certifying Authorities of India and in conjunction with UIDAI’sverification authentication. eSign is an online electronic signature service that can be coupled with service delivery apps via an API to allow eSign users to sign documents digitally.
NHRC: CSC has teamed up with the National Human Rights Commission to help people file complaints about human rights violations. During the month of December 2018, the service was launched. Hence, CSC has developed a facility for complaint registration, through the Digital Seva Portal, where VLEs can file grievances on behalf of citizens over Human Rights abuses.

CSC – Common Service Centres is an IT-enabled network of citizen service centers that connects the local populace with government departments, banks, and insurance organizations, as well as numerous service providers in the private sector.
A Village Level Entrepreneur (VLE) is a person who works from a CSC shop and provides various government and non-government services to end-users (mostly owned).
a) A valid Aadhaar number is required.
c) The VLE must be a village youth over the age of 18.

d) The VLE should be able to read and write in the local dialect and have a basic understanding of the English language.

There is no charge to register as a VLE. It is completely free of charge.

Users can register to be onboarded on the Digital Seva Portal after passing a quality check. The VLE will be given an official Digital Seva e-mail ID once the verification is completed.

No. To become a VLE, you don’t need any special training. To become a VLE, you must meet the basic requirements listed above.
You will receive a welcome email with the digital seva link and the credentials required once your account has been set up.
Simply follow the steps below to sign up for CSC:
a) Go to http://register.csc.gov.in/
b) On the site, click the “Click here to apply” button.
c) Enter your Aadhaar number, choose an authentication type, and then enter the Captcha Text. “Select the “Submit” button.”
d) Your aadhaar information will open after aadhaar authentication.
e) Please complete the information in the Kiosk, Banking, Document, and Infrastructure sections.
f) After reviewing your information, click the “Submit” button to register and receive an application ID.
g) Your registered email address will receive an acknowledgment email confirming the successful completion of your application.
