If you do not have your old registered mobile number with you, follow these steps to link your Bank of Baroda mobile number
- Bring all of the above-mentioned documentation to your local branch.
- Take the form from the bank officials to change/update your account’s mobile number. Then fill in all of the required information in the form. In the mobile number section, enter the new mobile number that you want to be linked to your BOB account. Finally, submit the dully filled form to the bank along with all self-attested documents.
- Within 72 hours, your account will be updated with your new phone number.
- Your newly paired mobile number will also receive a confirmation message.

- Request the contact change form from the bank officials by bringing your ID evidence, address proof, and one passport-size photograph.
- Fill in all of the needed information, such as your name, account number, and customer ID, in that form.
- Now type in your old phone number and the new phone number you want to use.
- Fill out the form and attach all of your self-attested documents.
- Then, on your previous cell number, you’ll receive a Tracker ID.
- Now you must provide the bank official with the Tracker ID as well as the time.
- NOTE: This Tracker ID is only valid for 30 minutes. After you verify the Tracker ID, your bank account will be updated with your new cell number.
- After you link the new mobile number to your account, you will receive a confirmation message on your phone.
