Ayushman card Download is the National Health Protection Scheme that covers over 10 crore poor and vulnerable families (approximately 50 crore beneficiaries) providing them with coverage up to 5 lakh rupees per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization. Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya (PMJAY) Yojana Ayushman Card Download

PMJAY scheme is launched by the Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi on 23rd September 2018. This scheme is launched with the vision of improving the healthcare infrastructure of India by providing healthcare facilities to the economically weaker people of India. Under this scheme, beneficiaries will be provided with cashless health treatment at the PMJAY empanelled hospitals and health care centres.

Ayushman Bharat Yojana beneficiaries will be provided with ATM Card-shaped smart health cards. With the help of this card, beneficiaries will get cashless medical treatment at the PMJAY empanelled hospitals.

Eligibility Criteria for Ayushman Card Download

Under the Ayushman Bharat Yojana, there are several pre-conditions regarding eligibility, because this Yojana is launched for the upliftment of extremely poor and economically weaker sections of the society. So the eligibility criteria are divided into 2 categories Urban and Rural.

Ayushman Card Yojana Ineligible Individuals

The following individuals will be excluded from Ayushman Card Download

  • A person who owns a two, three, or four-wheeler or a motorised fishing boat
  • Mechanised farming equipment Owner
  • Kisan credit card holder with a credit limit of ₹50,000
  • Government Employees
  • Employees of Government-managed non-agricultural enterprises
  • A person who earns a monthly income above ₹10,000
  • Refrigerator and landline phone owner
  • Owner of decently built houses
  • Owner of agricultural land of 5 acres or more

Ayushman Card Download Application Process

The application process for the Ayushman card is very simple but you need to check your eligibility on PMJAY’s official website by following below mentioned steps.

  • A Homepage will appear on your screen
  • On the homepage click on AM I Eligible tab near the search bar

PMJAY Ayushman Bharat
  • Now enter required information like Name, Mobile Number, Ration Card Number and URN  number of Rashtriya Swasthya Bima Yojana
  • Now enter the Captcha Code carefully
  • After entering all the details, click on Submit Tab
  • After clicking on submit tab, you will receive an OTP on your given mobile number.
  • Now submit the One-time password (OTP), and select your state.
  • Now click on Search Tab after filling in all the required details
  • Once you click on submit tab, a list filled with names will appear on your screen.
  • Search for your name in the shown list. (If you are eligible)

  • The first visit the official website of  Ayushman Bharat Yojana
  • The home page will appear on your screen click on the login tab and a login form will appear on your screen
  • Now enter the required details like your Aadhar card number and verify your thumb impression After verifying your thumb impression a new option of the approved beneficiary will be e shown on your screen
  • Click on approve beneficiary tab and the new list of the approved golden cardholders will appear on your screen
  • Search your name in the given list and click on confirm print tab
  • After clicking on confirm print tab you will be redirected to the CSC centre wallet
  • Now enter your password and pin in the CSC wallet, download card tab will appear on the home screen
  • Now click on the download card tab, by following these steps you can download your Ayushman Bharat health card
