Online

• First of all, you will have to click on the link given here to go to the official homepage of KVP Fastag

• The homepage will open on your screen
• Now, you have to click on the option called Apply

• Check out the dialogue box and click on proceed.
• A new page will open on your screen and you will have to fill in the request form.
• Choose your type and fill in all of the information asked on the home screen.
• Your card will be delivered to your doorstep after 15 days.

Offline

• Visit any nearest Karur Vysya Bank branch or call the bank’s customer care to know the closest point-of-sale (POS) location.
• Carry the duly filled KVB FASTag application form along with the original and scanned copy of the vehicle registration certificate (RC), vehicle image, and passport-size picture of the vehicle owner.
• Also, submit the KYC documents as applicable to the registered/non-registered vehicle.
• Pay the FASTag issuance charges and the amount of security deposit.
• Upon successful verification, the bank’s agent will affix the tag to your vehicle’s windscreen.
