• Provide correct AO code in the application if necessary.
• Write a complete postal address in the application with a proper landmark.
• Mention correct Pin-code in the address field.
• Mention your correct phone number and e-mail address to generate OTP as well as to track your PAN Card status.
• Do not make any overwriting or corrections in the Form.

• The candidates will first have to download the Request for New PAN Card Or/and Changes or Correction in PAN Data Form

• You need to fill out the application form.
• Now you need to attach all of the important documents including identity proof, address proof, passport size photographs, etc.
• You need to submit the form at the nearest NSDL collection centre.
• Pay the applicable charges for PAN card update/correction offline.
• You will receive a 15-digit acknowledgement number to track the status of the PAN Card application
